The Nevada Community Health Center (NCHC) is a non-profit (pending FQHC status), and LGBTQ + Affirmative organization established by physicians, professionals and community leaders to serve the uninsured and underserved community in Southern Nevada.
Established on November 9, 2020, NCHC is dedicated to reducing the gap in healthcare by providing affordable, high-quality primary care and behavioral health services to all members of our community. Our clinic prioritizes a personalized care model, ensuring that each individual and family receives the specific care they need to maintain long-term well-being.
